Inferno Series Vented Logs
Inferno Series is designed to fit compact zero-clearance fireplaces. Instead of a nice, neat stack of logs that look "staged", with embers in the center, the Inferno Series has a flame engulfed middle log diagonally across the grate. A large half-burned log chunk is on the front left side, with a more conventional larger log to the rear. Smaller top logs may be arranged as desired to change flame visibility. The result? A fire that doesn't look like it was just lit, the Inferno appears to be a wood fire that's an hour or two old, with flames that are working away on the partially burned logs.
Hargrove gas logs are made with refractory materials. Each log is hand-finished to assure the most realistic, detailed log available. The gas log burner system is designed to burn like wood, with a smoky flame. For this reason, the gas log set must be burned only in a fully vented, non-combustible fireplace with the damper completely open and the chimney free of any obstructions or restrictions. The fireplace must be designed and approved to burn wood.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Hargrove log sets are to be installed by qualified personnel only. Failure to follow these instructions may cause a fire or explosion resulting in property damage, personal injury or loss of life.
COMPATIBLE BURNERS FOR THE INFERNO SERIES
E-Burner (Ember Burner/Single Burner) - Natural Gas
The Ember burner is designed to provide years of trouble-free service, and is constructed of heavy, 16 gauge steel, for extra strength and longevity. The single burner tube distributes gas evenly throughout the Ember burner, giving the flames movement as they waft through the pedestal grate and wrap around the logs, convincingly simulating the way real wood burns in a fireplace. Ember Burner accessory kits require a minimum 14" of depth.
Accessory Kits include: Burner Pan, customer 5/8" grate, sand or vermiculite, embers, volcanic cinder, fittings, and a black, non-whistling flex connector.
H-Burner (HB) - Natural Gas
H-Burner accessory kits require a minimum 14.75" of depth
. Accessory kits include: Burner Pan, customer 5/8" grate, sand or vermiculite, embers, volcanic cider, fittings, and a black, non whistling flex connector. The H-Burner is a dual burner that provides a large body of flame and additional flame in front of the logs. The H-Burner expands upon the Ember burner concept by adding a full-length secondary burner tube to the front area of the burner pan. This advancement provides additional flame in front of the logs, which helps radiate more heat into the home while enhancing the look of the log set, and also creates an improved ember bed, particularly in liquid propane applications.

For
Ember and H-Burner, each gas log set requires a minimum 18-inch front opening height and minimum 14.75-inch depth. To determine the largest set that will fit in a fireplace, the width at the center of the fireplace is the critical dimension. Table below indicates the minimum center width for each size set.

For
System 4 Burner, each gas log set requires a minimum 16-inch front opening height and minimum 16-inch depth. To determine the largest set that will fit in a fireplace, the width at the center of the fireplace is the critical dimension. To determine center width, add front width and back width and divide by 2. The table below indicates the minimum center width for each size set.
